Xbox 360 RROD - Which Xbox 360 RROD Fix is the Best?

I bought my first Xbox 360 on 2007 and after 1.5 years playing at last i got RRoD on my Xbox 360 (I bought Xbox 360 Xenon type at that time). When I search information in the internet i cost around 30$ to fix. But before i sent your Xbox 360, you need to know what kind of method to fix RRoD problem on Xbox 360 so maybe you can fix Xbox 360 by yourself instead sending to Microsoft or other stores

Number # 1 - Towel Trick - Tower trick meaning baked your Xbox 360 for several times. you may wonder if 3RRoD happened due to overheating, why i must overheating my Xbox 360 again? this should make my Xbox 360 become worse? 3RRoD happened because solder joint between Xbox 360 GPU and its motherboard broken /cut off due to bad Xbox 360 air circulation. Solder can be attach again by using adequate heat apply to your Xbox 360 and this this the main concept why sometimes tower trick can fix your RRoD probem on Xbox 360. But i am not recommend this method to fix RRoD, why? because when you do towel trick basically you not only give heat to solder joint between GPU and Xbox motherboard but also all part of Xbox 360 and other part can be broke/cut off such as ANA chip or CPU chip.

# Number 2 - Ice Bath - I do not want to explain how to do it. Basically, when Rubbermaid was filled with ice water, some vinegar is added, the Xbox 360 is turned off and immersed in a water / vinegar mixture. After many minutes the console is removed, drained of water and immediately plugged back in I need to say more. I actually heard a kid who has tried this and was very shocked. The fact that so many other repairs had been presented as a YouTube video. It is really very irresponsible and should be removed. This fix is the most ridiculous fix of the three considered. Recommendation: Do not even think about using this fix if you value your life

Number # 3 - X-Clamp Fix - This method i would say the proper way to fix your Xbox 360 until now. X-Clamp replacement mean remove X-clamp from your Xbox 360. This part claim make RRoD worse because X-clamp making GPU stick on motherboard, not elastics. Removing this part, cleaning thermal paste on top of your GPU chip will works because some people find out that thermal paste that Microsoft using is not good to transfer heat from GPU to headsink.So the idea of X-clamp fix is remove X-Clamp, change thermal paste then baked/heat your Xbox 360.Baked/heat here didn't mean you do towel trick, meaning give heat only on GPU chip. I will explain later how to do it.
