Xbox error code E74 is caused by ANA Chip connected directly to the AV cable in Xbox 360 which located in front of 2 Xbox 360 Fans.
This is a rare case and it is honestly difficult to fix.
I am lucky that I could fix my Xbox 360 1ROL (E74). I will tell you how I fix this error E74 and hopefully you can fix Xbox 360 1ROL E74 too.
The easiest way is to “re-bake” your Xbox 360 again. Just release xbox 360 fan socket and turn on your xbox 360 about 5 minute. While xbox 360 is turn on, try to give some pressure on xbox 360 ANA Chip, you can use your hand or try to put some coin on top of xbox 360 ANA chip. Do this thing several times. Then let xbox 360 cooler about 10 minute then turn on your xbox 360 again. My xbox 360 works again with this method.
