The biggest difference between "old xbox 360' and xbox 360 slim is in xbox 360 slim GPU and CPU is consisting of one chip. Is this same with Valhalla?
Also this motherboard has two SATA connections. One is for DVD drive and the other maybe for internal HDD drive. Microsoft seems already re-design its xbox 360, this might to reduce hardware problem which happened previously and preparing for Kinect
Microsoft has apparently managed to combine the CPU and GPU onto a single chip which is also smaller than the original separate processors. That would mean it is significantly cheaper to make, requires less power to run, and produces less heat. The heat aspect has always been a problem for Microsoft, but needed to be dealt with properly if a slim version of the 360 was ever going to appear.
Combine CPU and GPU equipped with big Head sink and powerful fan from cooler master. I hope this can make xbox 360 slim chip coller enough when we are playing games, especially Gears of Wars where this make make some xbox 360 overheat
