Year Call of Duty hits the shelves, and this year was no different. Welcome to the seventh War Call of Duty series, this time we are transferred back to the Cold War, and we can play missions based on real life events.
I played all the previous COD games, and you certainly will not find me waiting outside the store in 12 games in the night waiting for the game to be released. However, you will find me to play the very next day, it's safe to say that they do not live to play COD, but also thoroughly enjoy it.
I must admit that I personally bought this game just to play online and have it played for more than two weeks before I finally took a look at the campaign. Within the first 30 seconds of the film opening the campaign, I was hooked. The campaign is simply the best since the COD franchise as the narrative is easy at any Hollywood offers us this year. I also enjoyed the end of the plot of the campaign as it was really engaging to the last bullet was fired.
As with many of the Call of Duty game play multiple characters, black OPS you to switch between the two and it allows you to see the story from different perspectives, which gives the player a very satisfying conclusion.
One of the main problems I have with all the Call of Duty game is that campaigns are fairly short, it took me about 6-7 hours of gameplay to complete the Black Ops, Black Ops, however, does not end on a high note, where as I believe Modern Warfare 2 is ended abruptly.
Game play, graphics and cinematics are generally level with the previous Call of Duty games and fans of previous games will love to play Black Ops. The campaign is great, but the main part of the game in my opinion is a multiplayer mode available to all Xbox Live players. I personally took a dislike for most of the cards on the Black Ops, but after repeated playing I soon got used to them and started to enjoy them more. But I do not like on-line maps Modern Warfare 2
I was also beginning to love that weapon at their disposal to begin with, but again, I warmed to them after the re-use one of my favorite weapons for online play on the AK47-U, which is in the right hands (not mine) is killing machine.
Most of my game is online and I can not say a bad word about how everything runs very smoothly, without much lag or getting kicked from the game lobby for time outs and other errors.
Total Black Ops is not re-invent the wheel or do anything spectacular at all, it is still a very strong stand-alone game with cinematics to rival any Hollywood film blockbuster.Online game is better than the campaign and after months and still plays to watch forward to join the game lobby and putting some streaks together to kill. Overall I give Call of Duty Black Ops 9 / 10
